This beautiful, massive holiday home – the “Stone House” is a villa from 1957. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe, a bedroom with double bed and closets, and the cellar entrance – which leads to the high-quality, central heating system. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen, dining room and living room. The Stone House, with its 98 m² and three bedrooms, offers enough space for 6 people.
The spacious, open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided. A dishwasher will be installed soon. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a large dining table and six chairs. The spacious living room with a noble fireplace, which can be enjoyed from the couch, offers relaxation, recreation and cozy moments for the whole family. During the Christmas season, there is also space for a beautiful Christmas tree.
Dogs are also very welcome in the Stone House – there is also a small, fenced area by the house that can be used as a free run for small dogs.
Additional comfort is provided by the single garage next to the front door and the double carport at the back of the house for additional vehicles.
